This Saturday is the
18th Annual Sioux Nation Pet Clinic Wiener Dog Races! There TON of fun planned tonight so here's what you need to know:
- Doors: Open at 4:30 PM
- Parking: FREE, but with several events going on tonight and this being the biggest game of the season, please plan ahead and give yourself some extra time.
- Tickets: A limited number of upper bowl tickets are still available. Purchase yours by calling the Stampede office at (605) 275 - 4625 or clicking here.
- The Stampede office, located at 1111 N. Lake Ave is open 9 am - 5 pm Thursday and Friday and 11 am - 3 pm on Saturday.
- Rally Towels: Thanks to Sioux Nation Pet Clinic, everyone in the lower-level on Saturday will get a commemorative Wiener Dogs Rally Towel!
- Jersey Auction: The Wiener Dogs will wear specialty jerseys blackout Fighting Wiener Dog jerseys. Fans can bid on the jerseys HERE. Bidding will close at 8:00 PM. Winners in attendance of the game can get their jersey and a photo with their player following the game. For those not in attendance pick up and shipping options are available.
Pre-game:
- DOGS, DOGS, DOGS: Check out some lovable, adoptable dogs from Dakota Dachshund Rescue outside Sections 109 and 119!
- Merchandise: Get your official Wiener Dog merchandise at the Wiener Dog Hockey Shop outside Section 103 as well as our additional stand outside Section 114. A limited selection stand will also be open in second 210.
- Kids Zone: The Bounce Around Inflatables Kids Zone is back! Kids can enjoy inflatables and games in the Hall of Fame Area, located just under the stairs of the main lobby.
- Wiener Dog Photo booth: A special Titio's Vodka for Dog People Photo Booth is available outside section 117.
- Mr. Twister with FREE balloon animals for kids outside section 104!
- Face-painting will be available for FREE outside section 105.
- Support the Fighting Wiener Dogs by making a sign to cheer on the Dogs outside section 106.
- Chuck-A-Puck: Purchases your chuck-a-pucks in section 102 or 118 for a chance to win one of the 18 prizes worth during the second intermission. Proceeds are benefiting Dakota Dachshund Rescue!
- Wiener Dog Parade: Be in your seats by 5:50 PM as all the racers will be on the ice so you can meet them before the big race!
The Races:
- First Intermission: 40 dogs on the ice to compete to be champion! Two heats of 20 (or more) dogs will take place on the ice right after the first intermission…you don't want to miss this! The top two dogs from each heat will advance to the Final Four championship race during the second intermission!
- Second Intermission: Championship Race: We are down to four, but only one will be crowned champion! Stay in your seats after the race for a special awards ceremony.

Saturday, February 15th vs Sioux City 6:05 PM: Pink in the Rink Night
The Stampede wants to recognize those who are battling or have battled cancer. Not only will the ice be pink, but the Herd will wear special Pink in the Rink jerseys that will be raffled off throughout the night with proceeds benefiting the American Cancer Society. A special Stomp Out Cancer pre-game ceremony.
Sunday, February 11th 4:05 PM vs Fargo:
The Stampede take on Fargo Force in a special Sunday matinee. Don't forget your skates and hit the ice with the Herd after the final buzzer.
