A Fairbanks, Alaska native, Brayden Deweese is in his third season as the equipment manager for the Sioux Falls Stampede.

While attending the University of Alaska Anchorage, Deweese spent 2018-2020 with the UAA Seawolves as a student volunteer during the 2018-19 season and the Assistant Equipment Manager for the 2019-20 campaign.

In high school, Deweese played as a goaltender for the West Valley High School Wolfpack and Arctic Lions.
