A senior member of the Stampede Front Office, Eric Oetken serves as the Senior Sales Executive and Premium Seat Manager for the Herd. He has been with the team since October of 2016 when he began his Stampede career as a Sales Executive for what was then Sioux Falls Sports. Oetken was moved into his current role in November of 2021.
Prior to joining the Herd, Oetken spent time in the North American Hockey League as an Account Executive Intern with the Janesville Jets from January to April of 2016.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration through Wayne State College in Wayne, Nebraska. During his undergraduate career, he spent time in the Sports Information Department for the Wildcats as a Statistics Crew Member. During this time, he assisted the department with football, men's and women's basketball, softball and baseball, and volleyball.
