Grosso, from Malverne NY, is in his first season as the video coach of the Sioux Falls Stampede. Last season, Grosso dressed 4 games for the Stampede as a backup goaltender and served as a practice goalie from the end of the regular season and playoffs. Grosso also had a good showing post season, making it to the all-star game of the 2025 Stampede Main Camp. Grosso returns to Sioux Falls to begin his coaching career and there is no better place than in front of the passionate Sioux Falls fan base.
Prior to his time with the Stampede, Grosso played 2 years of junior hockey with the Charlotte Rush (USPHL) helping lead the team to a playoff appearance in both his seasons with them and also help the team finish at the top of their respective division.
