Welsey Magagna joins the Stampede's front office for the 2023-24 25th Anniversary Season. A 2022 graduate of Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, Colo., Magagna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management.
Most recently, Magagna served as a Gym Supervisor for the Rock Springs Family Recreation Center since February of 2023. Prior to that, Magagna volunteered with the Rock Springs Prospectors of the US Premier Hockey League as a play-by-play announcer, along with many other duties.
While attending college, Wesley interned with the Western Wyoming Community College Athletic Department. He began his sports career as a reporter for the Rocket-Miner Newspaper from July 2016 until August 2021.
