SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - The Sioux Falls Stampede are excited to announce their promotional schedule for the 2024-25 season. The calendar includes at least one big promotion each month and 15 fun promotional nights for families. Additional promotional dates will be added prior to the start of the season, ensuring fun for the whole family at every home game. The Herd look to kick the 2024-2025 season off with a bang at this year's Home Opener presented by First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard. The team will host a pregame tailgate and the first 1,000 kids 14 and under will receive a free Stampede Jersey. The night will conclude with a post-game skate with the Herd. 

On October 19th, the Stampede will host their annual Trick or Treat Night, presented by Dental Solutions. Kids will be able to Trick-or-Treat throughout the concourse before the puck drops. 

In November, the Herd looks to host three of the biggest nights of the year. Starting on November 16th with Military Appreciation Night, presented by Royal River Casino and Hotel. The first 1,000 fans through the door will receive a camo Stampede hat. The team will also hold a special pregame ceremony and wear specialty military jerseys that will be auctioned via DASH Auctions. 

On Friday, November 29th, with a special time of 3:05, will be the annual Teddy Bear Toss Game. Fans are encouraged to bring teddy bears, or stuffed animals, to throw on the ice after the Stampede scores their first goal. All stuffed animals collected will be donated to children's non-profit organizations in the area. 

The Stampede will wrap up November with Charlie Brown Christmas presented by The Salvation Army on November 30th. New this season, the Stampede will wear jerseys inspired by the classic film! The jerseys will be available to win via Dash Auction. The night will be full of holiday cheer. 

The club will host its biggest night of the year on February 8th, when the Sioux Falls Fighting Wiener Dogs return to the ice. The World-Famous Wiener Dog Races presented by Sioux Nation Pet Clinic will see forty dogs race it out, in two heats, during the first intermission to determine the top four finalists. A champion will be crowned during the second intermission. Fans will be able to bid on the team's specialty jerseys via DASH Auction with all proceeds benefiting Dakota Dachshund Rescue.

The following Saturday, the ice will turn pink for the team's annual Pink-in-the-Rink Night presented by Sioux Falls Specialty Hospital. The Stampede will continue its mission to Stomp Out Cancer with its annual Pink in the Rink game! Fans, at the game, will have their chance to win the specialty jerseys via raffle. 
The Herd will wrap up the regular season on Saturday, April 12th, with Kids' Takeover Night.  From the graphics on the video board to the starting lineups, Kids will rule! The team will be raffling off the 2024-2025 alternate jersey to benefit Make-A-Wish.
