Day 2 of Main Camp featured eight fast-paced games as players continued to battle for attention and showcase their skills. The day saw high-scoring affairs, the camp's first overtime contest, and several standout individual performances. Team Lindgren remained unbeaten with three victories, while Team Joshua put together an impressive 2-0 day. Across eight games, players continued to build momentum heading into the final days of camp.
Game 1 – Sillinger vs. Lindgren
Starting Day 2 of camp bright and early, Team Lindgren defeated Team Sillinger 5-2. Cooper Ludwar opened the scoring for Team Lindgren with Bristol Steffe earning the assist.
Team Sillinger answered with a goal from Ethan Travis, who scored twice in Thursday's game against Team Swayman. Jordan Stange and Logan Bina were credited with the assists. Erik Yedwab Jr. then gave Team Sillinger the lead with an assist from Alex Gold.
In the second period, Team Lindgren tallied four more goals to secure the win. The first came from Jamie Calla, who also scored twice in Thursday's game against Team Ruhwedel. Assists on the play went to Cole Hunter and Aidan Gordon. Marko Lisica struck next for Team Lindgren with assists from Marcus Penttinen and Jack Lyons. Cooper Ludwar added his second goal of the game with assists from Jamie Calla and Lukas Mork. Kaedyn Kopp sealed the victory for Team Lindgren with assists from Aidan Gordon and Marcus Penttinen.
Game 2 – Ruhwedel vs. Swayman
After Thursday's shutout loss, Team Ruhwedel bounced back with a 4-1 victory over Team Swayman.
Tucker Lovejoy opened the scoring for Team Ruhwedel with an assist from Layton Betzold. Will Soffer netted Team Ruhwedel's second goal, with assists from Tucker Lovejoy and Sawyer Sheffield. Matteo Alvarez scored Team Ruhwedel's third goal with assists from Beau Raschke and Aiden Lavigne. Lovejoy added his second goal of the game to make it 4-0. Team Swayman's lone goal came from Jonah Welte, assisted by Jakeb Lynch.
Game 3 – O'Connor vs. Redmond
This matchup proved to be a thriller and featured the first overtime game of camp, with Team Redmond coming away with a 3-2 victory.
Team O'Connor opened the scoring on a goal by Maddox Boyle, assisted by Ty Leaman. The remainder of the first period went scoreless before Team Redmond responded in the second with a goal from Chase Logue, assisted by Gavin Parks.
Team Redmond struck again when Gavin Parks found the back of the net with assists from Sean Foster and Jack Mazzella. Team O'Connor tied the game late thanks to Maddox Boyle's second goal of the contest, with assists credited to Jayton Frederick and Finn Hauert.
The 3-on-3 overtime period didn't last long, as Sean Foster tallied the game-winning goal for Team Redmond.
Game 4 – Goligoski vs. Joshua
Wrapping up the morning games, Team Joshua earned a 5-2 victory over Team Goligoski.
Van Martin scored the first goal of the game for Team Joshua, assisted by Kipras Simonis. Team Joshua added another when Evan Ferraro found the back of the net with Trey Packard earning the assist.
In the second period, Grady Reilly extended the lead with an assist from Van Martin. Team Goligoski got on the board thanks to Owen Stemwedel before William-Alexis added another goal for Team Goligoski with an assist from Dylan Delgado, the Stampede's lone tender at camp.
Team Joshua answered with a goal from Leon Buzek before Grady Reilly scored his second of the game into an empty net, assisted by Mateo Zappitelli, to secure the win.
Game 5 – Ruhwedel vs. Sillinger
Team Sillinger earned a 2-0 shutout victory in their second game of the day.
The first period remained scoreless before Jack Gostic broke through with the game's opening goal, assisted by Gavin DeRoma. As time wound down, Ethan Travis scored his fourth goal of camp to give Team Sillinger a 2-0 win.
Game 6 – Swayman vs. Lindgren
Team Lindgren improved to 3-0 at camp with a 3-2 victory over Team Swayman.
Sebastian Ball opened the scoring with assists from Jamie Calla and Joe Mascari. Team Swayman responded in the second period with two goals. The first came from Elliot Domagala, assisted by Oliver Parent and Max Gjovik. Gjovik then gave Team Swayman the lead with a goal of his own, assisted by Matthew Wallace and Joey Burke.
With the game tied late, Sebastian Ball scored his second goal of the contest to secure the win for Team Lindgren. Marko Lisica and Cooper Ludwar were credited with the assists.
Game 7 – O'Connor vs. Joshua
Team Joshua picked up its second win of the day with a 5-3 victory over Team O'Connor.
Evan Ferraro opened the scoring with an unassisted goal for Team Joshua. Cameron Knott answered for Team O'Connor with assists from Max Campbell and Ian Jarvis. Team O'Connor then took the lead when Ian Jarvis scored, with assists from Max Campbell and Miles Copeland.
Grady Reilly tied the game for Team Joshua with assists from Blake Cash and Van Martin. The goals continued in the second period as Kipras Simonis scored for Team Joshua with assists from Evan Ferraro and Leon Buzek.
Maddox Boyle scored his third goal of the day to even the game for Team O'Connor, assisted by Hunter Ray and Alex Governatori. Jason Segal then gave Team Joshua the lead with an assist from James Reilly. Team Joshua added a late insurance goal from Leon Buzek, assisted by Trey Packard and James Reilly, to secure the 5-3 victory.
Game 8 – Goligoski vs. Redmond
Team Goligoski closed out Day 2 with a 5-3 victory over Team Redmond.
Sean Foster scored the first goal of the game for Team Redmond with assists from Jaxon Fraser and Daniil Mikhlin. Team Goligoski responded with five unanswered goals, beginning with Oliver Labatt, assisted by Shiva Singh.
William-Alexis Tremblay scored Team Goligoski's second goal with assists from Shiva Singh and Porter Schmaltz. After recording two assists, Shiva Singh found the scoresheet himself with a goal assisted by Chase Blanchard and Robert McGinn.
Team Goligoski continued its scoring streak into the second period as William-Alexis Tremblay scored his second goal of the game, assisted by Oliver Labatt. Chase Blanchard added Team Goligoski's fifth and final goal with assists from Owen Stemwedel and Matthew Judge.
Team Redmond pushed back late with two goals. Alec Hall scored the first with an assist from Jack Mazzella, while Charles Kleinman netted the final goal of the game with an assist from Bo Skelton.
