Preview Stampede's home-and-home weekend against Omaha

The 8-5-1 Stampede and 1-9-2 Lancers have met one other time this season when the Herd went to Omaha, Neb. on October 21. The Stampede currently sits in third place in the USHL Western Conference with 17 points, while Omaha is in eighth with four.

Saturday is set to be a great night celebrating the men and women of our nation’s military. The team will be wearing specialty military themed jerseys that will be raffled off during the game. Fans can purchase raffle tickets at the raffle and chuck-a-puck table at the top of the stairs in the main concourse. Funds raised from this raffle benefit the Veterans Community Project and Warriors Never Give Up. Along with a special pre-game ceremony from the South Dakota Army National Guard, guard members will be showing their skills as they rappel from the rafters before puck drop.

The following Sunday, the Stampede hosts Waterloo for a 4:05 p.m. game, with a post-game Skate with the Herd following.
